Have you ever looked at your supplies and wondered how to use them in a new way? That's exactly what happened in my studio this week. 🙂 I love my Fun Faces Rubber Stamps and I began to wonder, “What if. . .” I chose the older face to see what it would look like as a Santa. You know what? It looked silly, and fun and perfectly Santa-like!

The best part about creating this face? You only need to concentrate on the eyes, nose and add a little color on the cheeks. It's a really good way to quickly create a face!

If you'd like to create a Santa ornament like this one, you'll need a set of Fun Faces Rubber Stamps. The head pattern (which I stitched, turned and stuffed) is included with the stamp instructions. I used a flesh colored cotton fabric because it's the easiest thing to use for this kind of cloth face. Who doesn't love easy??

Please tweet photos of your ornaments @BarbOwenDesigns so I can share them with everyone, too.

These little Santas make great holiday pins to wear on a coat, too. Just stitch a bar pin to the back and you're all set.

Remember to Get Creative today! It's Easy!

ps – There will be no Ustream broadcast November 27. I'll see you on December 4 at 2pm eastern!
