LIVE STREAM REBROADCAST: How to Alter Cards With Pastels and Silks Glazes
This week while I waited in line at the Post Office, I saw a package of Vintage Rose and Vintage Tulip Notecards and thought they were begging for some color! Today, I altered them with Soft Pastels and Colourarte Silks Acrylic Glazes. Check out Ilene McInnis on YouTube. When I watched her videos, she reminded me about painting with soft pastels.
