Gelli Printing on Fabric with Barb Owen
During this LIVE stream, I showed how to take a piece of lightweight canvas drop cloth from a hardware store and transform it into a pretty fabric journal cover with the help of my 4″ round Gelli Arts Gel Printing Plate and one of the Gelli Arts Mini Printing Plates. I even managed to get the finished fabric glued on to the composition notebook.
I have to say that I LOVE monoprinting on fabric and I LOVE using the beautiful bright color of Dylusions Paints. They are a perfect match for creating a joyful new journal cover!
Supplies
- White Lightweight Canvas Drop Cloth
- Canson Mix Media Paper Pad
- Brayer
- Gelli Arts 4” Round Printing Plate
The Sponsors had to close the show, as usual! It makes me laugh every week to see them look right into the camera as if they fully understand that it's THEIR show. 🙂
