If you're like me, you have an abundance of denim jeans that are just waiting to be recycled into something wonderful. Early this week I was looking through a stack of magazines at my local Barnes and Noble and I was inspired by a photo of a little journal created with pockets. I'm sorry to say that I don't remember the name of the magazine where I saw the idea.
When I got home, I grabbed a couple of pairs of jeans, cut out the pockets and began playing. I filled my journal with pages of left over water color and mixed-media papers and then created a closure with a belt loop from the jeans.
It's a fun project and my head is spinning with ideas for filling the pages!
You'll find links below to some of the supplies I used while creating.
